My Experience with Dave Young as a lake Front Specialist in the Lake of Ozarks area couldn’t have been better.   I literally put him through hell dragging him all over the three County area the past two years.  At first I was looking atlake front condominiums and he showed me some  really nice properties in the area.  Eventually I decided I wasn’t interested in being in an association  and started looking at lake front and lake view properties in the Laurie area.  I settled on a place on Hwy. When my wife and I decided we wanted a second home  at Lake of the Ozarks we were very fortunate that the first Condo we called on was listed by Dave Young of Sunset Cove Properties.  That unit had just sold but after talking with Dave about what we were looking for he offered to e-mail us listings of similar properties.  We took our time looking at numerous listings he sent.  When we had found six or seven units that interested us we contacted Dave about meeting at the Lake and seeing the properties.  He spent numerous hours showing us each unit and explaining the pros and cons of every complex.  We finally found the place we wanted and Dave prepared and presented our offer.   The closing went through perfectly, but Dave didn’t just stop there.  He made sure we moved in without problems,  helped me purchase a boat,  informed us  where to  buy furniture,  and who to contact for painting and any other services we might need.  Dave Young is very professional,  knows the area well and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sale property at Lake of the Ozarks.
